Doctor of Law in 1995, qualified to practice law since 1998, Lawyer Vito Carabotta – immediately – became a trustee of one of the major Italian insurance companies, later extending his expertise to other insurance entities, and – since 2011 – he has been authorized to represent clients before the Higher Courts.
Owner of the law firm of the same name, he mainly deals with Private Insurance Law, Civil Liability, including so-called mal-practice, Corporate and Inheritance Law, making use of the collaboration of various professionals, both internal and external to the firm, guaranteeing a quality service and professional seriousness.
An ADR expert, he has worked as a Professional Mediator since 2004 at some national OdMs.
He is a speaker and organizer of events on insurance and ADR.
