Tiziana De Maio is a lawyer and practices in the Napoli’s District of the Court of Appeal, she has twenty years of daily experience in civil law and judicial processes. She mainly works in the sector of family law and minors; she is a member of the National Observatory of Family Law since 2020, she constantly takes care of the preparation in the delicate family matter to refine her skills and offer decisive and consistent answers with the evolution of the family structure.
She is a of the Minor’s Special Curator, as well as a Civil Mediator.
Significant expertise has been gained in the matter of divisions of assets in ordinary and/or inheritance practices, as well as in eviction proceedings.
In close collaboration with other professionals with whom she shares the places of activity, she has created and edits the legal column Diritto in Testa, an online legal information format.
She also works in the sector of legal assistance for foreigners, supporting them in the procedures for issuing and renewing residence permits, in requesting entry visas to Italy and in acquiring Italian citizenship, including iure sanguinis.
