Simona Andolfi graduated in Law in 2003, qualified to practice law in 2008, and obtained the qualification to practice before the Higher Courts in 2022. She practices law at the Court of Salerno, operating throughout the country.

Owner of her own law firm since 2009, in 2011 she obtained the qualification of civil and commercial mediator, and in 2022 she was selected as a member of the Lawyer Examination Commission at the Court of Appeal of Salerno.

Her expertise covers all areas of civil law, with particular specialization in social security law, family law, road accident law, and private insurance law, as well as all types of compensation for damages. She is also an expert in C.D.S.

Throughout her career, she has found particular fulfillment in her role as Sales Delegate and Judicial Custodian, positions she holds at the Court of Salerno, where she is registered in the relevant lists.

Equally significant is the expertise she has developed in debt collection for both private companies and various public entities, as well as in inheritance law, having also handled trusts established in the United States.

Constantly updating her knowledge through training courses, which she attends regularly, she ensures that she can meet the needs of an ever-growing clientele.

Furthermore, through her collaboration with the bar association to which she belongs, she has contributed her legal expertise to the PCTO program (school-work alternation).

Her primary goal is to offer professionalism and competence to her clients, with strong listening skills, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in conflict management, including alternative dispute resolution methods, to achieve the swift resolution of the issues presented.
