Pierluigi Mileo graduated in Law at the University of Rome, La Sapienza and qualified as a lawyer in 2009. He has been a member of the Lawyers’ Association of Rome since 26.01.1999 and is qualified to practice before the Superior Jurisdictions since 23.09.2016.
He is a member of the Fashion Law Commission at the Lawyers’ Association of Rome and is registered in the List of Accredited Lawyers at the Romanian Embassy in Italy.
He has consolidated experience in civil law, in particular in contract law, including corporate law, inheritance law, family law, credit recovery on behalf of individuals and companies, and has developed specific expertise in real estate enforcement procedures.
He also assists clients with the drafting, stipulation, and execution of contracts, ensuring professional support in any litigation, both in and out of court, and provides companies with assistance in the process of outsourcing or internationalization, with particular regard to incorporations, acquisitions and mergers of Italian and foreign companies.
