Lawyer Pier Paolo Perin practises law in the city of Rome, where he was born.
Specialised in tax law, he mainly works in the field of litigation and consultancy for both individuals and companies.
He is currently a member of UNCAT, the national union of tax lawyers, based in Rome, where he participates in conferences and writes reports.
He also holds the title of over-indebtedness crisis manager since March 2023 and is registered with the Bar Association of Rome.
This role involves assisting individuals and companies to get out of indebtedness situations exceeding their income capacity, presenting such problems before a Judge of the bankruptcy section in order to achieve debt relief, i.e. a significant reduction of the debt up to, in certain cases, its complete elimination.
