Paola Duval is an Italian qualified lawyer and mediator registered at the Roma Bar Association with a long experience in civil matters, litigation and ADR.
She graduated in Law at the University of Rome and successfully completed the traineeship. Two decades of professional activity allowed her to acquire a considerable expertise in various areas, such as Company law, Bankruptcy law, Bank Law, national and international Transport Law, Renewable and Energy Law, Tax Law but also Property law, Family law, Inheritance law, Enforcement proceedings and debt recovery.
As a young lawyer she dealt with animal rights and animal welfare issues (horses in particular) providing consultancy, auditing and assistance pro bono.
She also had the opportunity to study Common Law at the University of Edinburgh, ADR with St. Paul University of Minnesota, work in London, represent foreign Clients, extra communitarian too, and deal with many and varied issues.
Currently she leads her own Law firm and mostly with Company Law, Family law, Juvenile Law and Family Mediation.
