Paola Chiovelli is an Italian lawyer specialising in civil and commercial law, in particular in inheritance law, labor law, immigration law, minors’ rights, real estate,
family law and sports law.
She graduated in law at University “La Sapienza” in Rome and she has been a member of the Roma Bar Association since 2001. She is qualified to practice before
the Supreme Court of Cassation and the Higher Courts since 2015.
She has been practicing, and still does, as:
- Curator at the Inheritance office of the Civil Court of Rome;
- Custodian at the Real Estate Enforcement office of the Civil Court of Rome;
- Special Curator of Minor;
- Support Administrator;
Since 2021, Paola has also acquired the title of Family Mediator from “AEMEF” and has been registered in the same register ever since. She also acquired the title of Over-indebtedness Crisis Manager, Bankruptcy Administrator and Business Crisis
Manager.
