Matteo Frisacco is a certified public accountant and certified auditor. He graduated from Bologna University in 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He obtained a master in corporate evaluations from SAF Triveneta. He is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Treviso.
He had his major experience in contributing the development of mid size companies. He started his working experience as an auditor in Milano, then moving to London. After his experience abroad, he came back to Italy collaborating with Firms based in Padua and Treviso working on companies as tax advisor as well as with individuals, especially foreigners; also involved with Holding companies in Italy, he continued his experience as Auditor for corporate entities operating in various sectors being also involved in M&A operations and evaluations of companies.
As Partner of Studio Frisacco (in Treviso), he continues his work experience in auditing, and he offers accounting and tax consultancy in the corporate field, he is involved in accounting and tax due diligences, corporate evaluations, corporate transactions, preparation and analysis of financial statements, and management of local and international taxation issues of companies and individuals.
