Licensed lawyer, registered with the Turin Bar Association, owner of her own law firm, with high expertise and proven experience in Immigration Law.
After having graduated in Law at the University of Turin and having carried out a study experience in Spain, she collaborated for several years with leading law firms and as a consultant for Italian No-Profit Organisations, preferring dynamic and international contexts, focusing on immigration, human rights and citizenship issues. She offers legal assistance in court (both at the Ordinary Court and at the Regional Administrative Court) and out-of-court, with meticulous analysis of the individual case, a systemic approach and empathy, typical of those who have lived the migration experience at first hand.
She has an extensive knowledge of the subject and assists foreign citizens in all phases of application/renewal/renewal and conversion of residence permits, any type of visa applications, international protection, maintenance of the right to stay in Italy and procedures for the acquisition of citizenship. She also has significant experience in the field of family cohesion and reunification of EU and non-EU citizens.
In this context, she has also assisted several foreign citizens before the Juvenile Courts in proceedings concerning custody and adoption of minors, forfeiture of parental authority and unaccompanied foreign minors, juvenile criminal law, as well as in matters of family law and private international law, acquiring interdisciplinary skills.
Her professional work and legal assistance services have always been strongly inspired by the fundamental rights and freedom guaranteed by the European Convention on Human Rights.
She is fluent in Italian (native speaker), English, Spanish and understands Albanian.
