Laura Colantoni graduated in Law from University “La Sapienza” of Rome in 1994.
Since 1998, she has been a member of Rieti Bar Association and, from 2012, she has been qualified to the Supreme Court (Corte di Cassazione) and other Higher Courts.
She attended University advanced Courses specializing in banking law and in health and safety at work.
For several years she has been a professional delegated by the Court of Rieti for real estate sales operations and also a mediator operating in civil and commercial ADR procedures.
She manages her own legal firm carrying out judicial and extrajudicial advice and assistance in the main areas of civil and commercial law.
Her practice fields are contractual and corporate law, labor and social security law, property rights, real estate and tenancy law, banking law, bankruptcy law, enforcement proceedings, debt recovery.
She is a consultant of important companies and institutions in managing and evaluating of non performing loans, pricing and business plan definition, performing due diligences of NPL’s portfolios, negotiation and drafting debt restructuring agreements and loan sales contracts, dealing judicial and extrajudicial disputes in the areas of corporate crisis and bonds and contracts.
