Avv. Giuliana Fiorentino has been a member of the Cuneo Bar Association since January 2014. She began her career focusing on labor law, gaining extensive experience in wage recovery and handling disputes related to dismissals and demotions. She later expanded her expertise to immigration law, assisting clients with Italian citizenship recognition and residence permits.

In 2022, together with her colleague Elena Bosani, she founded the law firm Bosani Fiorentino, specializing in human rights and business law. The firm covers a wide range of areas, including rights of persons with disabilities, anti-discrimination law, international protection, immigration law, eCommerce, corporate sustainability according to ESG criteria, and due diligence. Additionally, the firm provides consultancy in food and wine law, including food fraud, labeling, and novel foods. It also assists companies in transforming into Benefit Corporations and B Corps, and supports startups in their development.

She has enhanced her legal expertise by completing an advanced course in Legaltech and Coding for Lawyers at the University of Milan, acquiring skills in Blockchain, Smart Contracts, and artificial intelligence. Passionate about Legal Tech, she continuously seeks innovations to improve access to justice and legal efficiency.

In addition, she expanded her expertise by attending the Council of Europe’s Specialization Courses in “Human Rights and Business” and “Environment and Human Rights.”
She is fluent in Italian, English, and German.
