Girolamo Lazoppina holds a degree in Law from the University of Messina, has been registered as a lawyer at the Palmi (RC) Bar since 1998, and is qualified to practice before the Court of Cassation and other higher jurisdictions.

He is an adjunct professor of Commercial Law at the University of Florence.

Previously, he served as an adjunct professor of Commercial Law at the School of Specialization for Legal Professions of the “Mediterranean” University of Reggio Calabria and as a research fellow in Commercial Law at the University of Florence.

He has earned a Master’s degree in Institutional Communication from the Institute of Marketing and Communication in Rome, an Executive Program in Contract Management and Administration from LUISS Business School in Rome, and two diplomas in Financial Management and Business Management from the International Business Management Institute in Berlin.

His academic focus spans the fields of Commercial Law, Bankruptcy and Corporate Crisis Law, Corporate Law, and Banking Law. In these areas, he has published seven monographs and numerous articles in leading scientific journals.

A member of the Editorial Board of Giuricivile|La Rivista, he is also a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars.
