I am a lawyer from the Napoli district but I operate throughout the national territory, with experience also in international contexts, managing disputes between parties of different nationalities and legal issues involving subjects residing abroad.
I have gained solid experience in civil law, with particular specialization in family law, a sector in which I have developed in-depth and constantly updated preparation, including on the related psychological aspects. I am a member of the O.N.D.I.F. (National Observatory of Family Law), which allows me to keep up with the evolution of the matter. I also deal with succession and inheritance division practices.
In addition to forensic activity, I offer consultancy and legal assistance to companies, with specific skills in commercial law, in the management of insolvency procedures and in strategies for the recovery of difficult to collect debts. I also provide legal assistance for non-EU citizens, supporting them in the procedures for issuing and renewing residence permits, in requesting entry visas to Italy and in acquiring Italian citizenship, including iure sanguinis.
Committed to social issues, I have organised, moderated and participated as a speaker in numerous conferences and study seminars, mainly focused on the issues within my competence, with the aim of promoting knowledge of the principles of legality and the fundamental rules of civil coexistence.
