Filippo Vallosio is the founder of Studio Legale Vallosio which focuses on banking law (mainly NPL management and judicial litigation on banking contracts), insolvency law, commercial law, and international contract law.
Filippo Vallosio, Counsellor of the Turin Bar, graduated from the University of Turin and registered as a lawyer in 1993. He has been admitted to practice in the Supreme Court since 2008. Furthermore, he is specialized in international trade law with a three-year degree achieved from the Law University of Turin in 1999.
The partner, Tommaso Vallosio, is a qualified lawyer in Italy since 2021, a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales since 2023, and he has achieved an LLM in Banking and Finance Law at Queen Mary University of London.
