She became a lawyer in 2004 and is registered with the Milan Bar Association. Ms. Bosani first gained many years of experience in the field of family law and child protection, under both civil and criminal law.

After a period of professional training, she started to focus on the macro field of human rights, developing a good expertise in anti-discrimination law and in particular in the protection of the rights of persons with disabilities.

She deals with the protection of press freedom and media pluralism against lawsuits and reckless litigation (SLAPP: Strategic lawsuit against public participation).

She is also an expert in wine (FISAR Sommelier diploma) and wine legislation. She deals with food law and food safety, with specific expertise in food crimes.

She also provides legal advice on corporate responsibility and environmental and social sustainability.

In 2022, together with her colleague Avv. Giuliana Fiorentino, she founded the Bosani Fiorentino law firm, which deals with human rights and business.

In the course of her professional life, she has completed several training courses and master’s degrees, including:

  • Postgraduate course in Disability Law (Council of Europe).
  • Postgraduate course in Business and Human Rights (Council of Europe).
  • Master’s degree in Food Safety Law, with a thesis entitled: ‘Novel Food. Population overshoot. Food security and safety towards a circular economy’ (UniCusano Rome).
  • Short Master’s degree in food and wine law (Just Legal Services School of Legal Education Milan).
  • Training course in: ‘Tools and methodologies for Advocacy and Policy Strategy’ organised in collaboration with “The Good Lobby”.

She is the author of several publications, including:

  • ‘The new challenges for corporate compliance under the European Due Diligence Directive, along the supply chain’.
  • ‘Landgrabbing, Agrarindustrie und Entwaldung – ein Wendepunkt? Ökozid als internationales Verbrechen: mögliche Szenarien’. In Ökozid.
