Davide is a tax lawyer admitted to the Supreme Court, with a significant experience gained in primary Italian and International Firms.
He deals mainly with tax litigation, pre-tax litigation and refund proceedings, assisting banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions.
Furthermore, Davide deals with international taxation, with a particular focus on discriminatory cases before the European Court of Justice and on the application of the Double Tax Treaties and the EU Directives.
He’s also a freelance journalist, historic collaborator of the financial newspaper IL SOLE 24 ORE and external member of the Commission of tax litigation of the Register of the Chartered Accounts of Milan.
