Carlo Totino graduated from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and has been authorized to practice before all higher courts since 2003. With this qualification, he represents clients at the Court of Cassation, the Council of State, and the Superior Court of Public Waters, both in his own capacity and as a domiciliary for private individuals, commercial companies, and public entities, primarily in Northern Italy.
He began his career in a notary office, where he gained considerable experience in urban planning, sales, inheritances, and donations. He then continued his professional activity in a law firm specializing in leases and family law.
He subsequently specialized in credit recovery, assisting private individuals, commercial companies, and credit and financial institutions. He provides adequate consultation, starting from the analysis and evaluation of out-of-court recovery prospects to implementing all judicial strategies necessary for recovery.
He has gained extensive experience in bankruptcy law, with legal specialization in all related issues, practicing at the Bankruptcy Court of Rome in both curatorship and litigation in favor of bankruptcy proceedings.
He is currently part of the WSMLex law firm, which consists of 13 lawyers offering specialized assistance to private individuals and businesses in Civil, Tax, and Criminal Law, particularly in the areas of leases, family law, labor law, corporate law, insurance, and personal injury.
