Graduated in Law in November 1987 with a degree thesis in Commercial Law: financial leasing in the application from Common Law to Italian Law.
I was selected to be part of the legal team in the financial company of Mercedes-Benz in Italy so I started a professional collaboration with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services SpA with various positions: Representative Legal Service, Coordinator for the South Area and then responsible for start-up of the Debis Financial Services, in particular to develop the leasing contract in the nautical sector in the luxury yachts segment.
To date the professional activity is positioned to companies, providing constant advice on legal and organizational aspects for the growth and development.Strong attitude for the Automotive sector, offering advice and assistance to dealers and companies in leasing and rental business. High experience in Remarketing, with planning and sales activities on the B2B channel, for cars from NLT and Short Term, both in the domestic market and in the EU.
Problem solver related to “family business” in particular to generational transition and protection of family assets. Consultant for settlement of Trusts located in US and for connections between Trusts and beneficiaries.
PMI (small and medium-sized enterprises) consultant in EU and USA development projects.
Consultant for the first Italian OGC – Collective Management Organization – on Digital Content Copyright and its evolution in the Metaverse.
I am married, four children, I participate passionately in family life in daily needs and joining the interests for outdoor activities (trekking, MBK) and my personal passion for motorcycles.
