After obtaining a degree in Law from the University of Parma with a thesis in Civil Procedural Law entitled “The procedure of civil and commercial mediation”, he obtained the title of civil and commercial mediator and began working as a mediator at the Parma headquarters of the Aequitas ADR organisation. In the meantime, he practiced law and continued to work for a multinational company. After qualifying to practice law, he joined the Bar Association of Parma, the city in which he currently practices as a lawyer and civil and commercial mediator.
Furthermore, he holds the role of Tutor in the negotiation, communication and conflict management workshops organized in collaboration with the University of Parma and holds lessons on these topics at high schools and higher education institutions in Parma. He obtained accreditation as a Professional Partner 24 Ore in the field of “ADR – Alternative dispute resolution tools in civil and commercial matters”.
