Antonio graduated in law at University “La Sapienza” in Rome, and he is registered as a civil and criminal lawyer at Rome Bar Association since 2004.
He is an advocate in the Supreme Court of Cassazione and the Higher Courts from 2016. He gained wide professional experience in his role as a consultant and lawyer with practice in civil and criminal law.
In 2010, he founded and established his own DM Law Firm, specialized in bankruptcy law, computer and bribery crimes, tax legislation and litigation, commercial and bank law, succession, and civil litigation. He increased skills and experience also in the field of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (A.D.R.), assisting companies and public authorities. Since 2008, he cooperates with the World Bank in some researches and reports in the foreign investment area (doing business) and with Rivista del Commercio Internazionale, publishing several articles.
