Anna Rodinò Toscano graduated in Law, University “La Sapienza” of Rome in 1994.
Since 1999, she has been a member of Rome Bar Association, and from 2011, she has been qualified to the Supreme Court and other Higher Courts.
A criminal lawyer with decades of experience in cases involving corporate and financial crimes, crimes against the Public Administration, crimes covered by the so-called “Cod Red” (stalking and domestic violence), negligent homicides due to medical malpractice and workplace accidents.
She owns her own law firm, providing both advisory and judicial services to entrepreneurs and executives of various companies, healthcare personnel, as well as members of the Financial Police and the Police Forces.
She also carries out her professional activities throughout the national territory.
She participated as an instructor in an anti-corruption training course for public administration managers and has been a speaker in several webinars on healthcare criminal liability.
