Graduated in Law from the University of Turin, Andrea Ferrari specialized in Wine Law and Agri-Food Law.
Andrea Ferrari practices law independently and serves as a civil mediator for the INMEDIAR organization. As an attorney, he primarily provides advisory and legal assistance, both in and out of court, in matters of Civil Law, contract law, obligations, agricultural law, food and wine law, inheritance and asset division, consumer law, property rights, and all forms of civil enforcement. He also offers counsel and assistance in cases involving offenses regulated by Legislative Decree No. 231/01.
He acts as a provincial advisor for the Italian Farmers Confederation (Cuneo, Asti, and Alessandria) and is the promoter and coordinator of the Scientific Committee on Agricultural, Food, and Wine Law at the Asti Bar Association.
Since 2017, he has also been a member of the Union of Wine and Vine Jurists (UGIVI) and, more recently, assumed the role of Regional Coordinator for Piedmont with the Observatory on Food and Wine Law.
In academia, he collaborates with the University of Turin as an academic specialist, contributing to the Jean Monnet Seminar on Comparative Food Consumption Law. He is also the author of several publications on agricultural, food, and wine law.
