Belgian and Italian lawyer, Alessandra Franchi has been working in Belgium since 1999 where she is a member of the Flemish Bar Association of Brussels.
In her international practice Alessandra developed an extensive experience in advising companies and non-profit organisations in a wide range of areas of business law, in particular in the field of distribution and commercial agency, international sales and procurement contracts, intellectual property and real estate matters.
She regularly assists Italian companies in the establishment of a subsidiary or branch in Belgium and in matters of labor law and tax law (secondment of personnel from Italy or abroad, recruitment under Belgian law and related tax aspects).
She represents her clients before Belgian courts and in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
