Assunta Gammuto helps companies with product management, guiding them to achieve the right positioning in a complex market by enhancing resources through strategy, innovation, marketing, and communication.
Assunta plans, coordinates, organizes, manages, and trains personnel; she promotes and cultivates leadership, works in teams, manages corporate crises, and motivates employees. She works closely with business owners through in-depth studies of company organization, serving partially as a business consultant and partially as a temporary manager within the company. Her role includes corporate reorganization and addressing all aspects of the company. She dives into the “pain points” that owners may not see but that do exist, believing that any company issue should be addressed at its root.
Assunta also supports companies undergoing generational transitions by reviewing organizational structures and implementing strategic planning to ensure the company evolves successfully.
In both her consulting and managerial roles, Assunta provides training within companies, working with both business owners and entire teams. Her training involves a deep dive into business organization, corporate economics, and management, offering a comprehensive analysis of the company from all angles.
Assunta holds a degree in Business Economics and Management, with a thesis focused on organizational structure. She has furthered her expertise by participating in seminar series at her university and has worked in collaboration with organizations such as Unicredit, the Prefecture of Frosinone, and Sky TG24.
