Angela is a lawyer registered with Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma as of 2011.

She has been providing assistance in relation to any type of labour, trade union and social security law matters within law firms of primary standing in Italy and abroad.

In particular, Angela deals with the assessment of any labour law aspects in the context of extraordinary M&A transactions and, more generally, provides assistance to Italian and foreign clients with regard to any labour law matters, including:

  • employment agreements (including fixed-term employment agreements) and self-employment agreements (including non-compete agreements, non-solicit agreements, retention agreements, agreements which provide for special treatments in the event of termination of employment, etc.);
  • agile working and teleworking agreements;
  • individual and collective dismissals, including negotiations with the employees and trade unions aimed at executing settlement agreements;
  • assignment of individual employment agreements and transfer of business/business units;
  • trade union relations in the context of the aforementioned collective dismissals and transfers of business/business units;
  • cash and equity incentive plans;
  • service agreements;
  • safety at work, with particular regard to the review of the corporate governance for the purposes of appointing the employer for health and safety purposes and other legal figures; and, more generally,
  • any stand-alone labour law matters in the context of day-to-day assistance, e.g. holidays, application of social contribution cap, disciplinary proceedings.

Angela has also specific skills in relation to “niche” employment matters, such as sale agency agreements and whistleblowing, and has a significant experience in immigration and pension/labour litigations. A labour, trade union and social security PhD completes Angela’s professional experience. Angela is also the author of a number of scientific papers.
