Alessandra has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 1994 and has been licensed to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassazione and Higher Courts since 2006. With over 30 years of experience both inside and outside the courtroom, she brings a wealth of legal expertise to her practice.
Alessandra deals mostly with civil and commercial law, providing legal counsel to both private individuals and business clients. Her law firm offers comprehensive judicial and extrajudicial services, with a focus on contract and commercial law, civil liability (including for members enrolled in professional registers), damages, real rights, inheritance, real estate, property and condominium matters, leases, family law, civil defamation, and more.
Throughout her career, Alessandra has served as a fiduciary lawyer for a telecommunications company, a prominent Italian motorway concessionaire, and a medical devices firms. She currently offers her fiduciary legal services to a Police Union in Rome.
Alessandra has been registered with the Italian Ministry of Justice’s Mediator Registry since 2010 and has practiced as a civil and commercial mediator for the “A.C. Jemolo” Mediation Body in Rome. Since 2020, she has also been registered as a Conciliator with the Camera Regionale di Conciliazione del Lazio – Regione Lazio, where she has developed extensive experience in arbitration procedures and alternative dispute resolution.
Qualified as a Support Administrator, Alessandra has been registered with the Tribunale Civile of Rome since 2021.
