Nicola Scarimboli holds a broad expertise in judicial and out-of-court legal activities, with specific reference to the branches of civil law, corporate law and corporate contractual law.
Throughout his professional career, he has been in charge of the legal, corporate and compliance affairs of a leading group of companies operating in the energy sector, for which he has also acted as company’s secretary.
Before the above position, he has practiced as a solicitor in structured law firms, including international law firms, providing the widest legal advisory and consultancy services to Italian and international clients and also representing the aforesaid law firms vis-à-vis the main bodies, authorities and registries both in Italy and abroad.
