Stefano Dalla Monta’ is a lawyer registered with the Naples Bar Association and graduated from the University of Naples Federico II.
In 2009, he obtained a Master’s degree specializing in Insurance Law. For over a decade, he has worked as a fiduciary lawyer for various insurance groups, managing their litigation concerning RCA (Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance) and professional liability. He is also an expert in enforcement procedures and debt recovery.
In the meantime, he has gained considerable familiarity with GDPR regulations, delving into both theoretical and practical aspects. He attended the Sole 24 Ore Business School, also obtaining a Master’s degree in “Data Protection Officer and Privacy”. Currently, he serves as a DPO (Data Protection Officer) for private companies in the Naples area.
This activity is carried out with meticulous attention given the numerous issues that may arise concerning the protection of personal and sensitive data. He is particularly attentive to client relations, ensuring transparency, seriousness, and punctuality.
