Gianni Dell’Aiuto is an Italian lawyer specialized in civil and commercial law, privacy and data protection (GDPR), and contracts, including web contracts. He has also served as an in-house lawyer for IT companies since the 1990s.

He graduated cum laude from the University of Siena in 1990. He has been a member of the Rome Bar Association since 1994 and has been qualified to practice before the Supreme Courts since 2009. He is also a member of the Privacy Commission of the Rome Bar Association.

Gianni teaches International Law, Marketing Strategies, and Communications at Columbus Campus. In recent years, his expertise has focused predominantly on privacy and data protection, and he has written numerous articles and two books on the subject, including discussions on Homo Googlis, a key figure in the Digital Revolution. He is appointed as Data Protection Officer (DPO) according to GDPR for several companies.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, he has practiced law in firms in Panama. Additionally, he serves as the legal advisor to Taiwan’s Unofficial Embassy in Italy.
