Avv. Rosa Chiara De Luca, born and raised in Salento until her university years, has lived and studied in various Italian cities and briefly abroad for family and professional reasons. Passionate about history, classical literature, and art, she earned a Master’s degree in Law from “La Sapienza” University of Rome with a thesis in international law on the issue of the “Israeli-Palestinian Wall.” Having obtained the qualification to practice law from the Court of Appeal of Rome, she is registered as a lawyer with the Bar Association of Rome. In 2011, Avv. De Luca obtained the TOLES certification from Girton College, Cambridge (United Kingdom), specializing in Common Law and becoming a member of ILPA in London.

Currently, she is the exclusive partner for Italy of English and American legal firms.

For her significant social and humanitarian commitment, she is a founding member of the Association of Physicians and Lawyers “Human Rights and Health,” established in Rome during the pandemic.

Last but not least, in her role as Judge/Arbitrator, De Luca is a member of the International Arbitration Court of Taranto, established at the Academy of Heraldic, Noble, and Chivalric Studies of Taranto.
