He graduated in law from the University of Parma and has a master degree in international contracts at Guido Carli Luiss University in Rome.
After few years working in Rome in international law firms, dealing with international contracts, commercial and corporate law, he’s actually based in Parma, where he deals with banking and finance law, M&A, torts and litigation.
Rocco Rovesti advises companies in procedures provided for by the Italian Crisis Code, debt restructuring operations, post-bankruptcy reorganization, crisis recovery plans.
He is also significantly involved in advising people in inheritance and patrimonial issues (i.e. family pacts, trusts, foundations, donations, destination ties, separate assets and wills, cohabitation contracts, property regimes).
He was admitted to the Italian Bar in February 2008.
