Michele Targa joined GPBL in 2021 and has been working in the field of transfer pricing and international taxation for more than ten years. He has gained significant experience with large Italian and foreign multinational groups in cross-border reorganisation transactions and in negotiating APAs (Advance Pricing Agreements) and Patent Boxes with the tax authorities. He assists numerous companies in international double taxation relief proceedings, in the pre-litigation and settlement phases of tax disputes and in litigation before the Tax Commissions. Prior to joining GPBL, he worked for eight years at the EY tax law firm, where he has been a manager since 2019. He graduated from Ca Foscari University in Venice in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and in the same year obtained a master’s degree in Accounting and Corporate Taxation from IFAF. He has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Treviso since 2015.
